Puppy Purchase Information
Dochlaggie Pomeranians is located in country Victoria, Australia.
Pomeranians are my life. I devote my time to the care of my Pomeranians.
I have had the pleasure of sharing most of my life with Pomeranians, obtaining
my first Pomeranian at the age of 9 and I have been involved in the breeding
and exhibiting of Champion Pomeranians since 1975.
All Pomeranians used for breeding are micro chipped and dna profiled and we
are are now in the process of screening for genetic problems .
All puppies are started , with house-breaking onto kitty litter or newspaper.
Puppies are vet checked, vaccinated, micro chipped, wormed prior to leaving
for their new homes.
In most cases your baby will be available 14 days after this vet check, unless
I think the puppy is small and would benefit from staying here a few more weeks.
All puppies are individuals and we all want what is in the best interests
of your new furbaby.
Kennel Club Limited registration papers are generally not back from our kennel
club at the time of purchase .
Limited Registration papers will only be forwarded on receipt of a desexing
certificate.
Dochlaggie has imported some of the best Pomeranian bloodlines in the world
in an attempt to produce the best possible Pomeranians.
Problems may occasionally occur , we give a one year warranty that this dog
is free of inheritable diseases that can cause death or serious impairment of
vital functions in the dog. If such an inheritable disease is documented by
a veterinarian and presented to the seller with sufficient supporting evidence,
the buyer will be entitled to a replacement puppy of comparable quality bred
by the seller or a refund of the original purchase price.
The seller reserves the right to a second veterinarian opinion at the expense
of the seller.
Your Pomeranian, must be returned to us and the Buyer incurs all the return
expenses.
Under no circumstances will any veterinary expenses be paid in relation to
costs incurred by anyone outside Denise Leo, Dochlaggie Pomeranians.
-----------------------------------------------------
Buyer shall be given a period of 72 hours from the time of purchase to have
dog examined by a licensed veterinarian. In the unlikely event that a health
problem with the dog is discovered within 72 hours and a written diagnosis is
supplied to Denise Leo from a licensed veterinarian, the dog may be returned
for exchange or refund of the purchase price .
. ----------------------------------------------------
I also would like to make you aware of the risks associated with contact with
other dogs etc. before the puppy course of vaccinations is competed and we urge
all care is taken with the puppy including limiting your baby's outings until
at least the 12 week vaccination.
A diet chart can be downloaded from the site for easy reference.
Tummy upsets should be prevented by following this chart.

You may place a deposit on your new baby after he or she has been checked by
our veterinarian, microchipped and had his/her first vaccination.
This deposit will be a minimum of $300-, which will be applied towards the
purchase price.
At the agreed time of collection, if the balance is not paid and puppy collected
your deposit is forfeited.
If for any reason a problem has developed with the baby, who can be identified
by the microchip. I will refund your deposit or offer another baby if I have
one available.
------------------------------------------------------
I am always available to answer any after-purchase questions, or to help with
any problems that may arise during your Pomeranians's lifetime.
Breeding quality Pomeranians takes much care and effort.
As a registered breeder I am bound by the Kennel club's code of ethics, which
prohibits breeding for the pet market.
My Pomeranians are the correct size to the Breed Standard and as such only
have small litters
One to three babies in a litter being the norm. I also seem to have more boy
babies born than girls.
I hope this makes it easier to understand the limited supply.
My pricing reflects the superior care, temperament, health, bloodlines &
quality behind my Pomeranians.
If you are shopping around simply to find the cheapest pup on the market,
it will not be from Dochlaggie.
The purchase price of a pomeranian is a minimal investment, compared to the
emotional investment - or the vet bills, if you are unlucky enough to buy a
weak, sickly dog, from a sub-standard, unregistered, kennel or a pet shop puppy.
This website is updated regularly & information is kept as current as
possible.
I also have other Pomeranian websites. Links to these may be found on the
left menu.
If you would like information by e-mail, please go to the Contact Us link .
I require your full name, location, & a contact phone number.
I do not answer emails with the only question price?
------------------------------------------------------
Show/Breeding Quality Pomeranians
I prefer to sell puppies to secure pet homes.
I do not as a general rule sell Show or Breeding prospects to Australian and
New Zealand Pomeranian fanciers.
Over the years we have made exceptions to this rule and will continue to do
so on a very limited basis to approved select purchasers.
These Pomeranians leave our care only after a very strict contract has been
signed by both parties.
-----------------------------------------------------
SHOW/BREEDING PURCHASERS FROM OTHER COUNTRIES
I am very happy and proud to see our Pomeranians being shown overseas
by caring, genuine purchasers.
I do not breed a huge a amount of Pomeranians each year, but I often have
that special Pomeranian available.
Contact is best made by e-mail, with a follow up in 2 to 3 days time, if you
do not receive an immediate reply.
-----------------------------------------------------
PET DOCHLAGGIE BABIES
I sell pet Pomeranian babies on limited register to selected pet homes
.
Limited Register means not for exhibition/ breeding or export purposes.
The puppy must be desexed. I often have the puppy desexed prior to leaving
here.
If for some reason I have not desexed your puppy you will be required
to have this operation done.
I recommend desexing at approximately 6 months of age,I also recommend that
you have your veterinarian remove any retained baby teeth at the same time.
Desexing greatly reduce the chances of certain cancers developing later in
your puppy's life.
Your puppies's kennel club's Registration certificate will not be forwarded
onto you until I have a copy of the Desexing certificate.
