WORMING: Your Pomeranian puppy has been wormed at 2, 4, 6 & 8 weeks of age . Please ask your vet for advice on future worming and products to use. I recommend worming at 12 weeks and then every 3 to 6 months there after.

IMMUNISATION: Your Pomeranian puppy has been vaccinated and you will be given a vaccination card signed by the veterinarian I use.The card lists the vaccines used and the dates given and also gives the date required for any booster vaccinations.

MICROCHIP: Your Pomeranian puppy has been micro chipped with an iso approved micro chip

REGISTRATION AND PEDIGREE: Your Pomeranian puppy will be registered with the Victorian Canine Association.
Pet Pomeranian babies are sold Registered on Limited Registration. This means that your new Pomeranian is sold as a pet only and is not for Exhibition/Breeding or Export purposes.
DESEXING- Your Pomeranian puppy should be desexed at approximately 6 months of age. If the buyer does not send a copy of the desexing certificate to the breeder within 6 months of purchase, the Pomeranian will be deregistered.Limited Registration papers will only be forwarded on receipt of a desexing certificate.

Return Policy:
Denise Leo, Dochlaggie Pomeranians does hereby certify that: to the best of my knowledge, dog sold is in good health. Puppy has been vet checked by a licensed Veterinarian prior to sale.
Buyer shall be given a period of 72 hours from the time of purchase to have dog examined by a licensed veterinarian. In the unlikely event that a health problem with dog is discovered within 72 hours and written diagnosis is supplied to Denise Leo from a licensed veterinarian, dog may be returned for exchange or refund of the purchase price listed above. Buyer incurs all the return expenses.

Dochlaggie Pomeranians have imported some of the best Pomeranian bloodlines in the world in an attempt to produce the best possible Pomeranians.
Problems may occasionally occur , we give a one year warranty that this dog is free of inheritable diseases that can cause death or serious impairment of vital functions in the dog.
If such an inheritable disease is documented by a veterinarian and presented to the seller with sufficient supporting evidence, the buyer will be entitled to a replacement puppy of comparable quality bred by the seller or a refund of the original purchase price.
The seller reserves the right to a second veterinarian opinion at the expense of the seller.
Your Pomeranian, must be returned to us and the Buyer incurs all the return expenses.

Under no circumstances will any veterinary expenses be paid in relation to costs incurred by anyone outside Denise Leo, Dochlaggie Pomeranians.

1. We cannot fully guarantee size or colour of a Pomeranian pup at adult age.
2. Make sure your puppy has plenty of food and water and is eating well on a daily basis after he/she leaves our home. Please print a copy of the diet sheet. Tummy upsets should be prevented by following this chart.

**DENISE LEO WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ACCIDENTAL DEATH OR NEGLIGENCE ON YOUR PART**

If for any reason the Buyer is unable to keep dog, Buyer agrees to return dog to Seller to placed in a new home or to a home of Buyer's choosing provided Seller approves home and agrees in writing to the new placement. At no time shall the buyer sell or give this puppy/dog to a puppy mill operation, pet store, dog pound or any similar enterprise.

Facsimile Copies. This agreement must be signed by both parties and is also complete if each party signs a copy of this agreement and sends a facsimile copy to the other party.
