Visit the kennels of Dochlaggie Pomeranians-Denise Leo-Australian Breeder of Champion Pomeranians
I have been breeding Pomeranians since 1975 . I started out with 2 Pomeranians , but as that number has grown over the years I have had to built kennels and move some of my pomeranians into the kennels. Mothers and babies of course stay in the house with me and the babies stay inside with me until they are at least 3 months of age.I do not believe in keeping my dogs caged or crated. the only time they spend in a crate is on trips to the shows or to the vet.Pomeranians are dogs and should have plenty of space to run around and play.Mine have heaps of room to play, dig holes if they want, swim in there wading pool during the hot summers and be little dogs.
I have nearly 2 acres of lawn area for the Pomeranians to run and play during the day and at night they go into their kennels. My kennels are heated in winter, and  have cooling and ceiling fans for added comfort. I also have a utility room attached to the kennel with  a hot and cold water supply, hydro bath, dryer, grooming table for grooming and sink, refrigerator etc. for food preparation. I believe in feeding a natural diet of raw fresh meat. I feed chicken meat which  is produced by natural methods and no additives are feed to the chickens.
We also run beef cattle and the dogs are feed the stewing and braising steak as well as having a steady supply huge bones when we kill a steer.
I also feed a quality dry food as required.
Milk, including colostrum from my cows is also given.I have found that my Pomeranians are so used to the milk that I have no problems with digestion of the lactose. All the Pomeranians have quality time inside the house as well as enjoying fresh air, sunshine and plenty of freedom to play and be happy!!!!!
